  I had purchased from them before & had Great results.This last order they sent the wrong item.I email them & sent pics, they respond a few days later &ask for pics, I send them again.This goes on for a week or so&they can never tell me if they even have the correct item I ordered.Every response is days later& lots of repeat asking for same info.They finally send a return label for USPS.I mail the items back.No response.I email, they insist they aren't received. Pretty positive I'm out $80...

  Was difficult for me to know what my size was and had to return it. Am a size 8-1/2 but the 8 was too big and so was the 7. Am so happy to finally get the right size. Thanks for your patience. Great product fabulous price.
