I've not needed to install the battery until today - 6 days after the return window has closed. I assumed I wouldn't have any issues as I've changed my battery multiple times so wasn't mindful of the return window. The "new" battery received cannot charge. My computer turned on after installed however the battery will not charge so ultimately the computer shut down. Wasted money on a defective product.
