  I feel like I’m lucky to have found this seller! I can’t believe what a nice pair of boots I was sold. I can’t say it was “as described,” no, they are much better. Shipping was fast and professionally packed in a new box which shows a lot of respect for the customer. I had one question during the transaction and the seller was prompt to respond. Thank you!

  The sound level meter I purchased was promptly shipped. Unfortunately, the box was badly damaged during shipment taking a significant hit. The meter was damaged beyond repair - a shame since it seems to have been well maintained. I promptly reached out to the seller who quickly refunded the entire purchase price. I am more than pleased with the service, A+, and would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again.

  I think you worry a little anytime you purchase something expensive and fragile, but there was no need at all for this package. The Waterford vase, itself in pristine condition, was perfectly packed. I think it could have been dropped and still survived. (I didn't test this, but the packaging really was great!) I felt like the cost for both the item was appropriate and free shipping was a generous perk to offer. Communication was good, too. All around, a very pleasant transaction.

  Shipped quickly and arrived exactly as pictured and described. Packaging was very secure and well-padded. The item was fairly and honestly listed as "for parts" since the seller could not test it fully, but I am pleased to share that after minor cleaning and a small electrical repair, the machine sews beautifully. Amazing value, could not be happier with purchase. Excellent seller!

  Sometimes, the way you find the best sellers is when things go wrong. This seller was very responsive before, during and after the sale. We had multiple issues, our address was wrong, then the item was broken when it arrived. Seller was unfailingly responsive and took our return right away. Would do business again.
