  Love my purchase!! The seller was very efficient and professional. My order was shipped promptly. And it arrived in a timely manner. When I received my order it was packaged carefully with extra padding. And there was a lovely personalized card inside.   Items arrived on time and extremely well packaged. Along with the carefully packed items was a nice thank you note from the seller. I recently purchased shell cordovan shoes that were just thrown in the box and sent, in comparison these slightly rusty, older leathercraft tools were individually wrapped in groups of five or less and well padded within the box so none would shift. This indicates to me the seller actually cares about the customer experience and the items they are shipping.
