  Incorrect item sent by seller but corrected with no fuss at all, would highly recommend postage and packaging as described and good value for money would buy from seller again

  Wrong size sent told me they would refund me to send them back but I can't send them back as no invoice, and the package was so tight to open there was no way of sealing them back up, £30 they cost in total and can't get it back ... disgraceful!!!

  hi if you send the item back I can refund you in full you ordered a size 3.5 but wanted a 6.5 which is fine mistakes happen I have asked you to send them back but you won't do this I have sent you anther message explaining how to do this at no cost to you so you can return for full refund Thanks Stuart
