  Seller was responsive and item arrived as advertised. In this case, I had mis-read part of the description and initiated a return. The seller accepted my return request without question but alerted me to the fact that the reason for my return was in fact disclosed in the original posting. After this, I decided to keep the item. I appreciate how response and accommodating the seller was.

  Item received quickly in PERFECT condition in its slightly less-than-perfect box. Seller accurately stated that the ink cartridge was outdated, but I have no doubt that it'll perform fine and I got it at a good price. Seller's communication was awesome.
