  This was more affordable than going through HR to get a new team member shirt through the company. Item was shipped and arrived in an efficient amount of time. Inside the packaging, the shirt smelled clean and was obviously recently washed. Item arrived as described and was the same item from the photograph.

  I received the wrong item in the mail. I had originally ordered the mass market version of the Folger library edition but instead received the larger trade paperback edition. Nevertheless, the seller fixed the problem in a very timely manner (immediately) and issued me a full refund. I was pleased with the experience.
