  Ordered navy blue stars, received lilac stars. Contacted seller and was told navy out of stock so sent other colour. Didn't msg to say out of stock and offer refund or alternative just sent random colour. To get a refund seller wanted me to repackage in original packaging and write "return to sender" on it. Refund when they receive it. No tracking ect to know if they receive it. Not happening as probably no refund as "gone missing" . Not happy, don't recommend buying from this seller

  Hi, we resolved the matter we ask you to share picture of ribbon received which you didn't not. You didn't send us any proof that you received a wrong item and didn't respond to our messages, stop saying we don't respond it was you who don't reply.
