  Poor quality hat, side s look different no asymmetry , was not well packaged. I s not worth the price. It arrived all bent. Notified seller August 30 , I requested a refund and a return label. He said it will be refunded but no refund as of September 4. Please help.

  Would not recommend seller. In attempting to resolve an issue with an item the seller was very disrespectful towards me and in other words stated that I was an overweight person and the item was intended to fit a "contoured slim fit" person. I was quite offended at this as I am an athletic individual. The seller also attempted to manipulate my actions towards leaving feedback stating that they would just remove any feedback I submitted. Very dissatisfied..
