They responded promptly and resolved every issue that I had from beginning to end. I started off by paying with the wrong card and they canceled the order immediately for me. Then I was sent 2 right struts and they sent me the left one immediately. Again, Great customer service. And to the part...... the part works perfectly, just as it should........ and MUCH cheaper than the dealership. I will DEFINITELY buy more part from them!
