  Item is not plug and play, I asked and reply was you just need to connect, lie I had to get someone to program key another 200 and program other stuff, be careful if you buy and ask someone that really knows

  This was a perfect transaction. Fast shipping, very responsive to questions. My 2015 RAV 4 ECU was showing incorrect codes, delayed shifting, very low mpg, and incorrect TPS and check engine alerts. All due to failed lead-free solder joints on the ECU board. These rebuilt ECUs are OEM, repaired and flashed to your car’s VIN. The replacement took 20 minutes. Performance is about 20% better than new, mpg is up 3-4 to an on-road average at 70 mph of 33.8 mpg. Highly recommend this service.
