  Upon requesting a photograph of the screen to confirm fitment with my car, the unit was deemed compatible with my vehicle -according to them-. However, after the device was shipped, they discovered that it is not compatible. Despite my efforts to communicate and resolve the issue, they have demonstrated a lack of understanding and interest in finding a solution.
