The seller said it was new but when it arrivied it was clearly used.They didn't allow me to return even though it was refundable. They then blocked me until June 1, now they haven't refunded me nor allowed me to return the item.

Sell didn't tell me he was not going to be there until may 31 if I would have knowing that I would have bought it elsewhere i have a jeep waiting he doesn't have anybody else to ship it

For now I am not sure the mechanic said part of the clip broke and that the wires were cut a little during delivery stage it's been raining a lot here so he hasn't had a chance to put it on but I'll updateonce he lets me know if it's usable or not
