  Bought this laptop, had a big problem with the keypad not working and the outside had tape stuck all over it. Contacting the seller was a very slow response. Ended up calling the store by phone. Returned the item at my own expense of $23.50 which was not reimbursed. A refund was issued. Was not a good experience overall and won’t buy off them again.

  Item wasn’t as described, Seller uses stock pictures so you’re not getting the item with the features shown in the picture. Picture shows the unit had wifi and an additional usb c flex port, it also shows a unit in great condition. Item received had a lot of cosmetic damage but was classed as “A grade” by the seller.
