The Audio Exchange is a retail, brick & mortar Audio/Video store that has been serving the Richmond, VA area since 1978. We are a dealer for McIntosh, B&W, Sonus Faber and more. All new equipment, for which we are an authorized dealer, comes with its full manufacturers warranty. You will receive a receipt from our store and service after the sale. Our audio experts are here to answer your questions, help you with hook up and provide you with the same experience you would receive if you had walked into our showroom.

    He shipped my turntable extremely quick. I was packaged so well and its original carton and wishin a protective box. It seemed like it just came from the dealer. It was as described, only thing was the belt was missing and he said he would ship one out, but I had plans to upgrade the belt anyways, so I told him not to worry. The value, I can't tell you until I get my belt and get it operational, but I am certain that I will be extremely pleased.

    The package arrived in good order, securely wrapped in a bubble wrap mailing envelope. I was concerned at first, but other than the box being slightly indented on the top, all was well. The reel is in very good condition, as described, so I may be looking for another in the same price range, which was very acceptable. Very good service from this seller.
