A supplimental installation guide provided by the seller advised to test beforehand, the behaviour of this glue prior to proceeding with the actual installation. I did so and found that it began to set enough within 30 seconds so that repositioning would not be possible. Considering that gluing to a cone's underside takes longer than if topside, I opted to use a different prucuct.
