  Rating neutral because seller never shipped the item and I’m not sure seller ever had the item. Seller did not respond to my emails. Just seems odd. But after a few weeks I got full refund.

  This was the great "non-transaction." The order placed on 6-2-25 was not received, and likely never shipped (as of 6-19-25), and the seller's communication was lacking. I canceled the order and received a refund, all without the seller's communication. I don't know what went wrong, and probably never will. I can't give either a negative or positive review, because I really don't know why this sale didn't make it to a satisfactory conclusion. This shall remain one of life's mysteries.

  Never shipped the item and had to follow up nearly two weeks after order was placed. They were transparent in communication up until asking for a refund. Once I asked for a refund (since they told me they never shipped it due to an oversight) I got haven’t heard back in a couple of days.
