  This seller was amazing, they had the part for my monitor. Unfortunately, the part did not work, which is understandable with this model of monitor board I was trying to obtain. They issued me a full refund. I will do more business with them in the future If I need any more parts from them. They were understanding and packaged the board safely for travel. Their pricing was perfect, and the item received was as described. The shipping was fast as well!

  Shipping was fast and arrived in packaging that was very protective. Even though it did not work as described, seller refunded quickly and relisted it in the condition it was. Honesty and customer service is a strong value to me. I also understand that mistakes can happen / product seemed to work but later discovered it was faulty. I would definitely shop with them again since I had a very positive experience

  Seller claimed they had the rollers in stock. After waiting over a week and past the expected arrival date, I contacted the seller to get an ETA. About 12 hours later, no response back but they issued a refund. DONT BUY from this seller. Ebay should flag folks like this who claim they have stock and when an order gets placed, they try and outsource it from someone else. When that falls through, they screw the buyer over. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

  A bit overpriced but I needed this sooner. Importing from international sellers was going to take too long. So I went ahead and paid the higher price for the convenience. Seller was delayed a bit in shipping, but once I asked for an update they shipped immediately. Item is brand new.
