  The seller resolved an issue of item arriving broken with great care. They refunded my order swiftly and I really appreciate it. They shipped quickly and item arrived exactly as depicted (outside of the broken aspect which was out of their control as they wrapped the item with great care. It was clear by the state of the box that the post office did not handle with care. Amazing value for the price overall and would purchase from seller again.

  Shipping was fast and cheap 8/10, the item was covered in bubble wrap Wich was funny because it is literally a stuffed animal so 10/10 packaging, it is exactly what was described so 10/10, and the seller was very generous about the price 10/10 my brother is gonna love this for his bday!!!

  This is without a doubt the most securely wrapped item I've ever received from eBay! The seller made sure to cover every fragile area of this vase with packing. Amazing. The vase is beautiful, and in pristine condition. It arrived quickly and is even prettier than pictured. I would definitely order from this seller again. They really care about customer service. I appreciate that!

  some problems in Shipping and transportation it was DHL fault, seller helped me whit this and it worked out. Packaging good and Item condition as described. price was realy good. Great seller I recommend 100% to do business A++++
