    My new Pandan plant arrived quickly and packaged expertly. It's in perfect condition, nice and green and healthy, at least 6 inches, a quality plant! I feel it's a great value. I've never seen one at any local retailers and am excited to grow one. I'll pot it up until Hurricane season is over then plant it outside. I found the perfect spot. Thank you!

    No great condition and seller just said black leaves don't matter if the roots are green. I received plans from another eBay that came in perfect no issues whatsoever so I don't really think that that was the correct answer to give when I sent it to this one. Terrible customer service. I didn't ask for a refund. I didn't ask for anything. Just wanted them to know.

    Buyer messaged me and said their plants arrived dead and they were not happy. I responded immediately and said that it was common for some leaves to die or for the slips to become wilted during transit, but that it the stems remained green and the roots were healthy that they would make a full recovery. I asked them for a picture of the roots so that I could make a better evaluation and told them that I would be happy to refund if they didn't look good. They said I should be ashamed.
