  Very impressed with the service - I ordered late on the 16th and delivery came in the morning on the 18th! Very well packaged - it was totally frozen when it arrived

  I received these items today as seller stated so they came when expected unfortunately due to them being sent by royal mail they were no longer frozen and I have no use for defrosted weaner rats as my snake has just been fed and refreezing them could make my snake ill next time I won't try and get away with not paying for shipping seller is not really at fault as everything was as described they were frozen when they posted and they packaged well with ice pack but defrosted on delivery

  Description and photos far better than other sites, and cheaper too! Delivered on time and well packaged. Made a big difference to my tank - didn't realise how poor the lighting had got before it failed!

  Package was a box with some frozen blocks to keep them from defrosting but most of them were defrosted by the time I received it. A wee bit pricey but I had no choice

  this company have been very reluctant in putting right the incorrect item they sent me. They have been exceedingly slow to respond to my attempts to contact them and when eventually they did get in touch they said the item they sent was the one i had ordered,however as my order will show,i ordered the eight pin version option on their site,i note they are now out of stock of this item,they have not responded to my last message and it looks like i am going to lose my money i think this is outrage
