  Ordered a pair of window strip seal. Received items damaged due to shipping. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent me another pair as replacement. Unfortunately the second pair was also damaged. Contacted seller again and they quickly resolved the issue by sending me a refund. Unfortunately I was not able to use the seal but I appreciate the seller quick response. Will definitely shop from seller again.

  The item arrived faster than expected, which was a pleasant surprise! However, unfortunately, it wasn’t compatible with my vehicle's year and make. That said, the customer service was excellent. They responded quickly to my inquiry, apologized for the inconvenience, and immediately offered to process a refund. Overall, the experience was positive despite the product not being a fit, and I appreciate the company's professionalism in handling the situation.

  I wish all eBay sellers were like these folks. The item arrived SUUUUPERRRR fast... even with a holiday (July 4th) this week. Plus they followed up via messaging to ensure all was good. Highly recommend this seller. Product was as advertised and perfect.

  Seller shipped item quickly and it was delivered ahead of the predicted date. One of the nozzles had an issue where it wouldn't squirt but I contacted the seller and they replaced the defective item also quickly and again it was delivered ahead of the predicted date. I am quite happy with not only the item but also the quick response to my issues. I would recommend them to anyone.

  The seller advertises shipping via USPS courier. This isn't true, because when the package arrives at its destination, the tracking number is completely changed, making it impossible to determine which package it is. The seller sends the package via a courier service that does not allow tracking the status of the package at different stops.
