They are FRAUD! The item description and the item itself are FAKE and PHONY! Ebay should not be allowing this vendor rights to advertise and sell anything on this platform. I waited over 1 month just to get it mailed out. Now I have to spend over $66.00 to return it back to China! If I had known it was a FAKE dress and NOTHING like the description l then I would have never purchased the item at all! It advertises as a Self Portrait dress and all it is is a fake China made wannabe dress!
