I was expecting more secure packaging for the almost 35$ shipping cost. After rereading the listing realized that the item *may* not be in original box. My fault for not reading between the lines. Seller notes that returns are not accepted. Not seeking a return. Learned my lesson. I will seek out and buy an quate storage container and I will get the damage repaired myself. I wrapped the Creche in a lot of bubble wrap and a lot of shipping paper as well as using EBAY approved boxes to ship. The damage occurred to the box during shipping. I understand your frustration but would appreciate a revision to your feedback to a lesser offense. If there is something I can do let me know. Thank you for your consideration
