Unfortunately, on day 6, the seller informed me that power cord was not included in original shipment, so selller had sent it seperately. Multiple tracking numbers were a mess/incorrect/revised. After day 12, tracking information seemed to reflect little movement, so I contacted seller and I was told that it was normal to take 12 days or longer to receive. Item finally arrived 15 days latter, and was double boxed and extremly well packed.
