  This is a great seller! My initial order had an issue, but they responded to my messages quickly, sent me a return slip, and after I sent the initial order back to them, they mailed me a new one in perfect condition with a free pair of joystick pads.

  Everything came in the package as pictured. And I really do appreciate how well wrapped and protected the inside of the package was, lots of bubble wrap to keep the console from shaking around. And it arrived the day it was scheduled to arrive. Definitely going to order some remotes and plates later on. Thanks guys!!

  Quick shipping and well packaged. Not as described, the buttons are sticking and not clicking. I asked for a partial refund and they refused. They did say I could send the item back for a full refund though, but I declined. I'll fix it myself. Overall an okay seller..
