    We have literally sent tens and tens of thousands of pieces of artwork this way with no problems. The item never arrived bent or damaged, and production drawings like this always shows signs of wear from the production process. I really don't think a negative is required here. Full refund offered or an alternative that the buyer would be happy with. Sadly no reply to date. We are still here to resolve any issue, Many thanks. Premier Animation
