  I had a good experience with this seller even though I didn't receive the item. The factory that made the item I wanted to buy stopped making them so the seller immediately reached out and explained to me the situation. They not only helped me understand, but offered my good options like substitutions and full refund. I highly value a seller that takes the time to help a customer, but also communicates goodness as well. I highly recommend this seller and will buy from this store again.

  El producto llegó mucho antes de lo esperado y la comunicación con el vendedor fue muy buena, es una persona amable. Tuve un problema con el envío porque estuve ausente y no sabía si lo volverían a traer. Pero el vendedor hizo en todo momento un esfuerzo por ayudarme a saber con quien contactarme y darme la información necesaria. El producto en sí diría que es como se ve en las fotos, es muy suavecito además y la orejas del gorro son pequeñas. Llegó bien envuelto y en buen estado.

  Sesshomaru arrived in a timely fashion and is exactly as described by the listing. As a "used" item there are small imperfections that should be easily cleaned with accessible items. Good for a collector, but I would go for a with-box version if purchaser wants best resale value. Item was bundled with another purchase I made from the seller at the same time which saved some shipping cost, which is great.
