  Excellent seller, great communication, and very kind. After receiving the dress, I have decided that it is not for me. Note: Do not expect couture quality materials or appearance. The dress I received was more costume-like. As advertised in the description, it is not the exact same replica as what is pictured. Overall, great service, and appreciate the communication from the seller. Dress that I received is not the same as pictured, but the seller gives that heads up in the description.

  This company is worthy of complete trust. They have excellent customer service and always answer questions promptly. They are honest about their turnaround time. If they can't meet the deadline, they don't compromise. They have a heart to help in an emergency. I had ordered my daughter's quinceanera dress months in advance from another store, but they tricked me. They gave me the wrong tracking number and never sent the dress.   The dress i was sent was NOTHING like the pictures. I spent a lot of time in contact with the seller before purchase asking details about the dress to make sure it everything would be correct. Nothing was. The return has been a nightmare! The seller refused to provide a prepaid label, made me pay for shipping even though its there responsibility, and now wont reimburse me. BEWARE THIS SELLER!! Purchase as your own Risk!

  The dress looked nothing like the photo. And was peach color not champagne. They refuse a to return the dress and offered a $20 credit. This company is fake.

  Hello, what you're saying isn't quite accurate. We haven't rejected your return request. We've provided actual photos of the dress, and the color is completely accurate. Since this is a custom-made product, we generally don't support returns. We'd like to discuss whether you'd be willing to accept a partial refund. If you decline, you can initiate a return request through eBay's return process.
