  Came in good condition. Right channel audio was out on arrival, but that’s a nobsound issue not the sellers. Got a partial refund for the defective audio channel, so I can’t complain. Using mono audio works on it so it can at least be used. Overall I am not disappointed with my purchase, it just wasn’t perfect. Seller was great with communication and coming up with a compromise. Nobsound customer support not so much. Won’t buy from the brand again but would by from the seller again, thank you

  I ordered the RV hoses shipper sent them out to the post office. Tracking info was provided for some reason it got lost through the post office. The seller went out of their way to talk to post office several times finally they told her to put in a claim. I highly recommend this seller for doing a fantastic job on trying tohelp me get my order. They didn’t have to go to the post office and check it out, but that’s how much they care about their customers again I highly appreciate this seller.
