    Fantastic service i have received for the locking wheel nuts for my triumph tr7 I ordered a few days ago. Well packed and they came with tracking as well. Good quality and they came in a plastic box. Good value and recommended. I’ll be ordering more soon.

    I’ve bought from this seller many times before with no problems, this was the first time an issue arose. The listing matched my make/model/year/engine, yet the item was the wrong depth for my car. My mistake, so I returned it and paid the postage both ways. The refund was issued promptly but the seller blocked me, and when I reached out, I was ignored. This seems unnecessarily petty treatment for someone who made an honest mistake, paid the return shipping, and who is clearly a loyal customer.

    No, we haven't blocked you at all from dealing with us and the only message we have from you was in the eBay Returns process and this simply stated that you were returning the item to us. A refund was given in full which included the postage cost to send the part to you in the first place. We are certainly not ignoring you as we have had no messages from you to ignore.... !
