  BEWARE!!! When buying from this Seller. Seller misrepresented a designer shoe with newer color & shipped a discontinued color. When brought to Seller's attn. Seller did nothing to remedy the situation. Seller advertise 1 thing but ships something different. I originally purchased the newer color & after I secured offer with Seller, I returned my new color only for seller to send discont. color. Totally ruined my vacay. I paid Seller more for a lesser item. I feel cheated. #UNTRUSTWORTHY #BEWARE

In this case, we accepted a discounted offer to accommodate the buyer and offered a full return and refund when concerns were raised. The buyer chose not to proceed with a return and instead requested an additional discount, which we were unable to provide.
