  Appearance and quality is good just took to long to get to us during the heat wave we were having in our area. Ordered from another company and got it the next day so we were able to cool off much sooner. Took over a week to have it delivered on August 29…was ordered on August 21st. On August 22nd I send a message the seller asking to cancel the order when I found out how long it was going to take. Tried to return theitem on August 30th and was told I have to wait for a response from the seller.
