    The doll had been redone and redressed. Unfortunately, the head was permanently affixed so it could not be restrung, which was long overdue. I was provided with a paid label to return the doll. And a refund came immediately.

    Sorry you were not happy with this transaction. This vintage doll was advertised as restored in 1991 both in the title and in the description. That was an important part of the listing, not a hidden factor. We provided a prepaid return label and refunded immediately.
