  Good communication with seller after the post office misdirected my shipment to Puerto Rico. The box arrived very beat up (because of the trip to PR - which was NOT the seller’s fault) but it was packaged so well that not a single ornament was broken or damaged. The box with the ornaments was heavily wrapped in cushioning plastic and there was bubble wrap inside the ornament box too. Item was as described and it’s great to have replaced some of my favorite delicate glass ornaments.

  The carousel is absolutely beautiful and fuctions perfectly. Looks brand new, and the twirling snowmen are adorable. Item was boxed well and even had additional packing added to ensure a perfect delivery. Shipping was quick. Very fair pricing. Great seller.
