  My experience here has been above and beyond! As a matter of fact I did not know that you can add initials, the seller reached out to me and asked me what I wanted I was surprised. This goes to show how much they value their customers they take pride in their product, the shipping came much sooner than I expected over All my experience has been absolutely wonderful.   The manual was as described, but not as pictured. The seller has several of these manuals and took a picture of the best one, not the one you will receive. Shipped in a bubble envelope with no protective stiffening cardboard, and the USPS handling creased it even more. For $8 shipping I would have expected better packaging. Seller did accept my offer for a lower price.
