  The product's odor was undesirable. Furthermore, there was a discrepancy between the color of the item as depicted and the actual item. The pricing was somewhat disappointing, particularly considering the additional expense of dry cleaning required to address the unpleasant smell.

  Thank you for your feedback, I apologize that it had to be cleaned again. I would be happy to offer you a $50 refund to cover that. The colors are difficult sometimes to capture with pictures, I do try to describe them as best that I can.
