  I contacted the seller on JULY 19 as soon as I received this item. The shoes were simply not my size and did not fit. While there is sometimes a "no return" policy, most decent sellers (depending on the reason and of course especially IF you reach out to them immediately - as I DID) would try to come to an agreement / compromise. No response whatsoever was ever received from this seller. Therefore, I had a NEGATIVE experience and cannot in any way recommend this seller.

  This person felt entitled to a free return label because the shoes did not fit. Sellers are not required to provide free return for that reason. This person simply did not like that.
