    Shipping was very slow. I would have preferred the option to pay a little more and receive my part quicker & with tracking than to wait and wonder with Royal Mail 2nd class. When the item didn't turn up after I couple of weeks, I contacted the seller for help, and they were needlessly rude with additonal unsolicited messages ranting about Royal Mail. The part sent didn't quite work for the piece I needed it to despite being sold as the correct part for my make/model.
