  Unfortunately, despite being very well packaged in bubble wrap, the beautiful spoon arrived with a broken shaft. The seller made every effort to replace it with a similar one but did not have one to match the fork. The seller sent me a fabulous olive wood spatula instead which has arrived undamaged. I am very happy with the outcome. Thank you. Excellent communication, prompt despatch, good transaction and beautiful olive wood product. Would thoroughly recommend seller and prodcts. A+++
