  Item as described. The letters aren't hard to place on the vehicle. Clean the surface first then go over the tail gate letter surface with the alcohol wipes. The letters may have dents from shipping. I used a blow dryer to get the letters and the surface warm before installing. That really helps to make the letters look good. I guess the sun would do the same thing. Secret is getting them warm before install. They look good. Thanks
