  Giving 3/5 because there is fraying (see photo). “New without tags” should not have been the condition with obvious signs of flaws. Shipping time marked at 2/5 because initially it said would be delivered on 8/11, ended up being delivered 8/13 (that may have zero to do with seller though, I don’t know). Overall nice hat but again, should not have been listed is “New without tags”.

  I received the Tommy Bahamas bag and it was in perfect condition. It honestly doesn't even look like it was ever used. The price was great and the seller shipped the package with care. I would purchase from this seller again. 5 stars!
