So I'm going to leave you a very bad one. He told me that I would have to return the tent that I bought in order to upgrade it's having the fan and such, then order the same tent with the upgrade. When asked , they said they would not send me just the upgrade parts since I've already had the tent. I was willing to pay, but I just wanted the upgraded tent and had no time to research
