  Great people to deal with. Item as described. Prices are good. They wrap the manufacturer's box in bubble wrap and light cardboard. They are quick to ship. Communication is excellent. The whole process is as good as I have experienced. Remember that tariffs are not their fault, but right now that's something we have to deal with in the US.

  This is my first purchase (Accuphase C-3900) from AC Gear Japan and I had a great buying experience. The seller was fast to respond to email, prompt on shipping, packaged the amp in custom shell to further protect the box and he had it delivered in 5 days from Japan to Munich. The amp arrived in perfect condition and was as advertised. I would have no hesitation buying from AC Gear Japan.

  This Seller truly cares for their customer and product. I purchased the Accuphase C-2900 and A-80 bundle which had to be shipped to Australia. The care taken with preparing the products for shipment was immaculate. When the products arrived there was not a single mark on the boxes, a credit to how they were prepared for shipment. The seller was fair in their negotiations clear with communication and prompt with shipment. I look forward to doing business with this seller again.
