  Overall costume came in packaged pretty well (a soft package, not a box, but it was wrapped well) and looks even better than the photos. The details are well done and more in-depth than I expected. I did get it custom-sized and it is perfect. It definitely feels like it will withstand multiple conventions (coming from someone who cosplays at multiple conventions every year). The seller was also quick with replies to my questions and thoughtful with shipping to make sure it actually got to me.

  There were a lot of issues. One being the first time I purchased, the processing time was nearly double what the listing showed. I had to reach out to find any info. The order was canceled and I was able to reorder and have shipped in time. Unfortunately, even with sending my measurements, I was unable to wear the jumpsuit. I even sent specific measurements that I asked about prior to my purchase because I have a long waist. Very disappointed and waste of a hundred bucks.

  The order would be shipped out in the timeframe that we promised in ebay. But buyer cancelled it suddenly. Then buyer replace the order again. We shipped it out very soon after receive the second time order. Buyer provide body measurements include torso length, we did custom made and make the costume based on the body measurements and torso length, leave suitable wiggle room. Don't know why the costume size not fit.
