  I ordered these discs to replace some that were lost at my bowling club, I have purchased itmes from Acclaim before, and the service is always excellent. However this order did not arrive. I contact Acclaim after receiving a review request, they responded almost immediately, apologising for this happening, and informed me that replacements would be sent 1st class recorded delivery the next day. I received the package today, This is excellent old fashioned customer service, Well done and thanks

  Arrived in good time and looks very good and good value for money. A good quality product and in new condition. The 4 bowls separate carrier was missing from original delivery, but this could be because it was "re-packaged" by the courier company. According to the seller it should have been delivered in a cardboard box, however I received it in a plastic bag. The issue was quickly rectified by the seller without quibble. Would recommend this seller and will likely purchase from them again.
