I’ve contacted this delivery drivers. I’ve tried to contact the owner the seller. They are hard to get a hold of. They’re asking me if I had surveillance issues trying to get me to go check neighbors which I already did and they’re being very dry like they’re not trusting me at all.

I think the tool is about $15.00 on amazon. Jack the golf cart on the side the clutch is on so you can get the pulling tool to remove clutch. You need an impact gun to remove it .
