  My new Phonak case case and battery arrived fast! I am so thankful for the great and secure packaging, extra cords and plugs, and all for a great price. h.e.a.r. is a FANTASTIC communicative company, with products for 'we the people' who are hard of hearing and require parts, replacement chargers, batteries and more. The owner did very well, answering my inquiries and was fast to do the best he could for me. I won't shop anywhere else!

  quick delivery by USPS to my P.O. box, which was the only way I could get it. arrived well cushioned and safely packaged. description online mentioned only Phonak, so I was concerned it might not work with my Kirkland (Costco branded) hearing aids, but it works great. set up was easy. Saved $280 ordering through eBay rather than ordering new at Costco.

  It was listed as open box. Brand new with no blemishes. Genuine Phonak charger as listed.that worked right from the get go. What a deal, exact same as local audiologist offered for $125. Packaged very well and shipped promptly. Thank you card enclosed. First class seller. I would buy from again.

  This seller was very courteous and quick to respond to posts. Did receive the Initial product purchased and as it would plug in and get power the connectors for the hearing aids would not connect to charge. Seller responded quickly to posts of this issue and a new unit was sent out directly and the second unit works flawlessly. Really appreciate the kindness and attentiveness of this seller. Would definitely make additional purchases in the future.

  All was good except I asked for combined shipping and never got a response and items shipped separately and the receiver I really needed was ordered a day earlier than the one asked to be shipped together and the one ordered earlier was a day later arriving.
