  While I did end up returning this item (while fully operational, it did not meet MY standards for condition, but wouldn't be an issue for someone who plans to keep it in a case) the seller's communication was great, the item was shipped out very fast, it was packaged very securely, and the return process was exceptionally smooth as well. Even though the product itself I did not keep, the customer service experience I had was a great value.

  Consistent with seller's posted description, the watch arrived in the original package that had opened. It was in excellent condition with no apparent scratches or blemishes. I've had it for only a week, but the watch is functioning exactly as expected. Thus, the purchase was an excellent value over purchasing a brand new one. It was shipped immediately and arrived within a very short time. In summary, this experience (including seller support of the order) was excellent.

  iPad received in great condition, exactly as listed. Packed well and arrived safely- looks like new. Great deal, very happy with purchase. I don’t fault the seller, but the shipping sucked. Took 6 days to go about 5.5 hours away. Looks like the label they put on was unreadable, and FedEx had to relabel, which explains why it was stuck in DFW for several days. But most importantly, iPad arrived as described and I’m very happy with the purchase. Thanks!

  Item came as described: brand new and an authentic Otterbox. It was packaged well it was not a knock off. The phone case fits my phone accurately, when I have not had good luck buying phone cases off of eBay in the past. I am happy I took the risk. Great seller great interactions.
