  My piano was shipped and delivered quickly from QC to ON via UPS Ground w/ signature. As one would expect with such a heavy item, the shipping box did incur some damage (the outer layer of cardboard was punctured, while inside the box a piece of polysterene shattered into three pieces but nevertheless managed to stay in place). Besides the broken polysterene, nothing else inside the box was even slightly damaged, not even the inner cardboard layer. The piano itself looks and works perfectly.

  This item was not available in Australia at all (new or used). The transaction was extremely well done at the sellers end and the Guitar arrived quickly and without any damage.
